**LoomLife Return Policy**

At LoomLife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your T-shirt purchase! If you’re not fully happy, we offer a hassle-free return process. Here’s our return policy:

**Return Eligibility**
– **Timeframe**: You can return items within 2 days from the delivery date.
– **Condition**: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
– **Proof of Purchase**: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

**Return Process**
1. **Contact Us**: Email support@loomlifebd.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. **Ship the Item**: After approval, securely pack the item and send it to our return address (provided upon approval).
3. **Refund**: Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

**Return Shipping**
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

**Defective or Incorrect Items**
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement.

**Non-Returnable Items**
– Used, worn, washed, or damaged items.
– Items without original packaging or tags.
